Surveys Jewish religious life focusing on various types of American Judaism such as orthodox, conservative, reform, reconstructionist, as they have developed historically and continue to evolve. Emphasizes issues and challenges facing contemporary Judaism. Limited to three attempts.
Recommended Prerequisite: 3 credits in RELI or PHIL or permission of instructor.
